Breakfast: 7oz Greek yogurt with 1/2oz honey. Coffee 12oz.
Snack: 1 medium banana
Lunch 1 mini ham and cheese sandwich (teeny) 10oz salad, mixed greens, beans, etc.
Dinner 1 portion each cauliflower, curry spinach and black rice. Vodka & Club x2.
Snack: Nuts

Activity: Limited to stretching/yoga for a bit, foot pain. (not sharing the details).
