Breakfast: 12oz coffee, buttered roll and 6oz lowfat milk.
Lunch: Greek yogurt with honey, and a serving of grapes.
Snack: Grapefruit juice with seltzer
Dinner: 6oz steak, cuban style black beans, 1 small tomato, lightly salted.
Wine: Sangiovese
Dessert: leftover pizza, yes, that was dessert.
Weight 229.2 (up 0.2)
Activity… not so much.
