Food log Oct 22

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, a banana, water, and a 16oz coffee.
Lunch: Vegetarian chili, multi-grain bread, water.
Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie (dammit it looked like a chocolate chip!) Water X4
Dinner: Sauteed zucchini and mushrooms with a hit of Romano cheese. Vodka/Club x2
Snack: 2 slices of homemade multi-grain bread with butter.

Stats: Weight 229.2 (up 0.2)
Activity… meant to get around to that, didn’t happen. Need to be more focused on that aspect.

Notes: w00t!!! To Steve for losing over 35lbs so far! Keep going man, you can do it!!!
