Ooops… Food log 10/23 & 10/24
Forgot to post yesterday, doing this from memory…
Yesterday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with cranberries, apple and banana with some honey, 6oz coffee, water.
Lunch: Salad with mixed veggies and some baked spinach cheese combo (3 oz)
Snack: mixed fruit, mango, pineapple, raspberres, strawberries, grapes.
Dinner: Salad, romaine, tomato, mushrooms, and romano cheese, ranch dressing. Wine x2
Snack: multi-grain bread.
Today:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, 16 oz grapefruit juice
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Soba noodle soup with chicken and veggies
Snack: Walnuts
Dinner: 2 egg omelette with tomato, cheddar and hot sauce. vodka/club x2
Extra: Salad: Romaine with buttermilk ranch.
Weight was up 0.6, but I’ve had some … fiber issues… Hoping to get back to results soon.
Activity a little extra walking today.
