Food log Oct 25

Full moon tonight, the closest of the year, which means it will look bigger.

Breakfast: Oatmeal with apple, banana, cranberries and honey. 12oz coffee, 8oz grapefruit juice.
Snack: Banana, water.
Lunch Lobster & Crab bisque, slice of multigrain bread (it was a cold rainy day in Manhattan, soup was in order).
Snack: a Berger Cookie from Baltimore, OMG heavenly, water.
Snack: Handful of walnuts.
Dinner: Romaine, with part skim mozzarella, cheddar, and some bleu cheese dressing. Vodka/club x2.

Have noticed something interesting weekdays lunch is my biggest meal, size and calorie wise. On week-ends, I tend to not eat a regular lunch and just graze on snacks.

Stats:
Weight 229.00 back down to my low for this round. Learned that splurges on 3 consecutive days sets back weight loss by a full week. No more of that shit.
Activity: A bit of extra running around at the office and in the city today.

Tomorrow is payday, really, really looking forward to my bagel with cream cheese.
