Give us this day our daily food log…
Breakfast: Coffee, water. Buttered roll, milk. P each kefir (over a 3 hour period).
Lunch: 1 medium heirloom tomato, sliced with a titch of salt. Grapefruit juice.
Snack: just water today, had a nasty headache for about 6 hours.
Dinner: chicken & turkey sausage, on a roll with some slices of heirloom tomato. Vodka/Grapefruit/Club x2
Stats:
Weight 228.2 (this was after the coffee and kefir, so it was probably under 228 when I woke)
Activity: slug, as in spent the day as one, the headache set in around 1pm and I was done for the day.
