Food log Monday & Tuesday

Rough night last night, didn’t get to post.

Monday
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apples, banana, and honey, water.
Snack: Banana
Lunch: small salad, small serving of pesto pasta, water x3.
Dinner: omelette with mushrooms and cheddar, vodka/grapefruit/club x2
Snack: leftover chicken/turkey sausage.

Tuesday
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, grapefruit juice.
Snack: Banana
Lunch: Ham & Camenbert on pumpernickel with tomato, sprouts, and honey mustard, small OJ.
Dinner: Sauteed carrots, sauteed zucchini & mushrooms, red wine x2
Snack: 2oz cheddar with mustard
Dessert: apple with cinnamon and honey

Stats
Weight: 228 (more or less static, it should have been lower, but ‘issues’ prevented accurate weight results)
Activity: Just some extra walking
