Saturday/Sunday/Monday
Wow, what a weekend, and not in any good way I want to talk about.
Saturday, oh such a gloomy, windy day, they said rain but it never happened. I declared it to be A DAY IN BED! Set the bed up into a large chaise, spent most of the day there under covers with my MacBook. Left long enough to shower and put on clean pj’s, and later to make dinner
Breakfast: Coffee, water, later buttered roll and milk
Lunch: Salad romaine with bleu cheese
Dinner: Whole wheat organic penne, baked with tomato sauce and cheeses, with a single layer of eggplant parm on top. OH BABY That was fucking good!! Bottle of red wine.
Sunday
Pre: Cofffe & Kefir
Breakfast: homemade buckwheat pancakes with maple syrup, milk.
Lunch: Leftover pasta parm with eggplant, water, water, water
Snack: some nuts
Dinner: Whole wheat organic pasta tossed in some ricotta
Monday
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apple, banana, honey. Grapefruit juice
Snack: Banana
Lunch ham and cheese sandwich, grapefruit juice, lots of water
Snack: Sunflower seeds
Dinner: Roasted beets, pasta tossed with ricotta, vodka/club x2
Dessert: 1/2 of a pomegranate.
Stats
Weight: 226.2 down 1.6 (back over the 50lbs lost mark)
Activity: Took a walk at lunch.
