Halloween food log

Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana and apple, grapefruit juice.
Snack: Banana, water x3
Lunch: Turkey chili, with multigrain bread, water.
Snack: whole wheat pretzels
Dinner: Satueed Zucchini and mushrooms with cheddar and truffle oil, vodka/grapefruit/club x2
Snack: handful of sunflower seeds, two pickle spears.
Stats
Weight: 227.8 (down, yay!)
Activity: Nothing extra.

Breakfast: Coffee, water. Buttered roll, milk. P each kefir (over a 3 hour period).
Lunch: 1 medium heirloom tomato, sliced with a titch of salt. Grapefruit juice.
Snack: just water today, had a nasty headache for about 6 hours.
Dinner: chicken & turkey sausage, on a roll with some slices of heirloom tomato. Vodka/Grapefruit/Club [...]

Breakfast: Coffee, water
Lunch: walnuts, water, water, water.
Snack: Yogurt smoothie (organic, peach), Peach kefir, water, water, water
Dinner: Pork chop and mashed cauliflower with roasted garlic (so good), water.
Bev: 3 vodka/clubs
Dessert: 1 Gala apple, lightly dusted with cinnamon, and drizzled with honey
Effin Family Drama: most of a slice of cold pizza.

Yay! Bagel day!
Breakfast: Everything bagel with cream cheese, grapefruit juice.
Lunch: Ham & cheese on pumpernickel, Orange Juice.
Snacks: None, water.

Full moon tonight, the closest of the year, which means it will look bigger.
Breakfast: Oatmeal with apple, banana, cranberries and honey. 12oz coffee, 8oz grapefruit juice.
Snack: Banana, water.
Lunch Lobster & Crab bisque, slice of multigrain bread (it was a cold rainy day in Manhattan, soup was in order).

Forgot to post yesterday, doing this from memory…
Yesterday:
Breakfast: Oatmeal with cranberries, apple and banana with some honey, 6oz coffee, water.
Lunch: Salad with mixed veggies and some baked spinach cheese combo (3 oz)
Snack: mixed fruit, mango, pineapple, raspberres, strawberries, grapes.
Dinner: Salad, romaine, tomato, mushrooms, and romano cheese, ranch dressing. Wine x2
Snack: multi-grain bread.
Today:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt [...]

Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, a banana, water, and a 16oz coffee.
Lunch: Vegetarian chili, multi-grain bread, water.
Snack: 1 oatmeal raisin cookie (dammit it looked like a chocolate chip!) Water X4
Dinner: Sauteed zucchini and mushrooms with a hit of Romano cheese. Vodka/Club x2
Snack: 2 slices of homemade multi-grain bread with butter.

Breakfast: 12oz coffee, buttered roll and 6oz lowfat milk.
Lunch: Greek yogurt with honey, and a serving of grapes.
Snack: Grapefruit juice with seltzer
Dinner: 6oz steak, cuban style black beans, 1 small tomato, lightly salted.
Wine: Sangiovese
Dessert: leftover pizza, yes, that was dessert.

Breakfast: coffee 2x 12 oz, later buttered roll and 4oz 1% milk
Lunch: Organic Raspberry yogurt smoothie
Dinner: 1/2 a pizza, yep 4 slices which is 1,156 calories, but look at the rest of the day, barely 400 Cal.
Bev: 3 vodka/grapefruit/club
Dessert: Grapes and later yogurt with honey.
