Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana and apple, grapefruit juice.
Snack: Banana, water x3
Lunch: Turkey chili, with multigrain bread, water.
Snack: whole wheat pretzels
Dinner: Satueed Zucchini and mushrooms with cheddar and truffle oil, vodka/grapefruit/club x2
Snack: handful of sunflower seeds, two pickle spears.
