Dinner: 1/2 a pizza, yep 4 slices which is 1,156 calories, but look at the rest of the day, barely 400 Cal.
Bev: 3 vodka/grapefruit/club
Dessert: Grapes and later yogurt with honey.

First off WEIGHT 229.00 I’m down 5.4 lbs in 15 days, that’s awesome!
Today’s food:
Breakfast: Greek yogurt with honey, 12oz coffee, water.
Snack: Banana, water.
Lunch: Le Pain Quotiden again. So good. Turkey tartine (sammich organic whole wheat) mixed greens, etc as a side, Organic Mint Lemonade AWESOME!!!
Dinner: sautee of whole wheat pasta, zucchini and mushrooms [...]

Breakfast: Oatmeal with banana, apple, cranberry and honey, 12oz coffee, water.
Lunch: Thai!!! small spicy cucumber broth, 1/2 order spring rolls, 1/2 order Pad Thai (the other half is in the fridge at work for tomorrow’s lunch).
Dinner: Organic whole wheat pasta and tomato sauce, red wine x2, vodka/club.

Stats: None today, running way too late.
